Since the Palpali Sen state was divided, Lohangsen from Makawanpur, east of the Narayani River, had joined the Bhagavan. Similarly, after Hariharsen's grandson Vidhata Indrasen made Vijaypur a separate state from Makwanpur, the place including Belbari became an integral part of Bijayapur. Prior to the Senaak period, a dynasty called Dhanpala ruled in the Kasini of Belbari. The remains of his capital and palace are still in Kasini. It has been preserved by the locals, known as Dhanpalgadhi. Eventually, Dhanpalgarh collapsed and Dhanpal's kingdom was merged into Vijayapur. Vijayapur also appears to have been subject to the Sena from the local coffin. In this order After Vijayapur merged with Greater Nepal in 5 years, Balwari also reached Greater Nepal. Then Belbari came to be a part of the Veg Morang.
